Return & Refund Policy – TBQ Nutrition

At TBQ Nutrition, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to shop with confidence.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please email us at info@tbqnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions and the return address.

Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplement bottles, items returned after 30 days, free promotional items or samples.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We accept only tracked returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

Response Times:
We aim to respond to all return requests and product concerns within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends.
